Our Chapter offers many educational events throughout the year. Each of the offerings are designed for specific audiences.
Conferences & Trade Shows

Spring Showcase & Trade Show This is CAI-RMC's largest event for the year generally scheduled in mid-spring (April or May) of each year. The day includes multiple educational offerings for HOA managers & volunteers as well as life skills programs. The trade show offers exhibition space for business partner members to meet and interact with the hundreds of HOA mangers and volunteers attending the conference. Breakfast & lunch are served to all participants.
- Mountain Conference & Trade Show
A conference and trade show held in early October designed specifically for our mountain community members who's educational needs differ from the metropolitan area based HOA needs. Generally held in Summit or Eagle county, this one day event is packed with multiple educational offerings and a trade show for exhibitors to network and interact with mountain community HOA leaders and managers. Breakfast, Lunch and a closing reception offer ample time to meet with your fellow CAI members.

Fall Conference & Annual Meeting This is a half-day conference and trade show held in metro Denver in early November. Multiple educational offerings and a trade show for vendors to network. This conference starts with CAI-RMC's Annual Meeting in which the board members for the following year are officailly announced after the election process.
