  • Be aware that a stronger CAI-Rocky Mountain Chapter makes you a stronger advocate for better HOA communities; your business more valuable; allows you to be more involved and recognized as a leader:

  • Ask your every-day contacts if they are CAI members;

  • Ask prospective members to check CAI out;

  • Ask prospective members if they would like you to make an introduction to a current CAI member in their field or if they would like you to invite them to upcoming CAI events to learn more;

  • Thank prospective or current members for joining CAI;

  • Direct new members to call the local CAI office (if they didn't already) so they get local communications faster;

• Leaders are Recognized (all new members are asked to identify the individual who helped them join CAI):

  • $100 (or equal value) awarded every month for the individual responsible for the most new members recruited (any member category);

  • $1,000 (or equal value) awarded each year for most CAVL members recruited;

  • Monthly recognition and Annual tracking of individual recruiting results in CAI-RMC's Common Interests magazine mailed to all CAI-RMC members every other month except November and December is a combined issue.
