  • Learn about Association legal documents and how they can assist you as an Association leader
  • Learn to read and understand your Association’s financials; why a financial plan is important; and how to plan for reserve savings and spending
  • Learn to write effective rules and policies and how to successfully and legally enforce them
  • Learn exactly what is (and what is not) your responsibility as a Board Member

Meet and network with other Association leaders.  Bring your questions to ask class facilitators.  By attending this class, you will learn effective leadership skills and will take home information to strengthen your confidence as an Association Volunteer Leader. 

This program wil lbe held on Saturday, August 28th at the Ken Caryl Ranch House at 7676 S. Continental Divide Road Littleton, Colorado 80127.  Class time:  8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.  Continental breakfast and box lunch will be provided to participants.
