CAI has a catalog of 180+ webinars on various topics, each of which offer continuing education toward CAI manager credentials. Review CAI's list of archived, on-demand webinars.
On the scheduled date and time, participants will log onto the website to view the presentation online and simultaneously call in to hear the presenter or listen through your computer speakers, contribute to the discussion and participate in the Q&A. To log on, you must have an Internet connection and a phone line or computer speakers. Instructions for accessing the webinar will be sent via e-mail prior to the start of the program. If you miss the live presentation, you can access the archived version online whenever is convenient for you.
Our live webinars are presented using Adobe Connect. If you have not previously used Adobe Connect, ensure that your computer and network connections are configured to provide you with the best possible experience by running a test.

Yes! Registering for and attending a CAI webinar counts for 1 credit per hour toward:
Most CAI webinars are 60 minutes long and provide 1 credit toward recertification / redesignation. You can see the number of credits for each webinar to the right of the title in the online catalog.
Additionally, every three hours of completed webinars counts as five points toward earning the PCAM. There is no limit to the number of webinar hours that can be used toward the PCAM application. Please note, you cannot get credit twice for the same webinar, so please check your Classes and Events page for the full list of webinars you have completed before registering for another webinar.
